See it in action

What it does
One wrap between you and a day of typing, scrolling and lifting.
Soothing warmth for wrists worn out by keyboards, phones and repetitive work.
The flexible 360° fit moves with you, so relief does not mean stopping.
Calming warmth that lets tired hands let go at the end of the day.
The mechanism
Four quiet things steady warmth does for a working wrist.
Warmth widens the small blood vessels beneath it, bringing fresh blood flow to a hard-working joint.
The small muscles of the forearm and hand let go of the tension a day of typing builds up.
Warm sensations travel to the brain alongside pain signals and soften how loudly they land.
Tendons and ligaments move more freely when they are warm, which is why warmth suits a wrist that has to keep working.
Why it lives in the desk drawer
Flexible
The 360° wrap sits close without restricting your grip, so you can keep typing, scrolling and working while it warms.
Ready
Tear the pouch and it starts warming on contact with air. Keep a pack in the drawer for the days your wrists ask for it.
Heat that lasts
Four hours of steady heat, then up to four more of lingering relief. A full stretch of desk work from one wrap.
Steady by design
A quick blast of heat wears off before the ache does. HydroHeat is tuned the other way: a gentle temperature your skin is happy with, held level for four hours of desk work.
The science of steam
HydroHeat™ turns the moisture already in the air into gentle, therapeutic steam. It reaches deeper than dry heat, gets to work faster, and feels softer on skin. No cords, no charging, no microwave.
The difference is moisture. Damp warmth passes heat into skin far more efficiently than dry air, so the same gentle temperature simply does more.
23× Water conducts heat about 23 times better than air.
What's inside
Non-medicated · odor-free · safe on skin
When to reach for one
Warmth for wrists strained by typing, scrolling and repetitive tasks.
Gentle heat after lifting, climbing or any wrist-heavy session.
Put one on at the first sign of strain, before it builds into discomfort.
Steady warmth while you wind down, with nothing to plug in or switch off.
Non-medicated and odor-free, so it sits alongside whatever your day already involves.
Taken seriously
The gentle idea inside this wrap is one of the oldest and most examined in everyday pain care.
Continuous low level heat wraps, the category this wrap belongs to, have been studied in randomized trials alongside common over-the-counter pain relievers.
Applied warmth holds a standing place in physiotherapy and sports practice for easing everyday muscle tension.
Thermotherapy has been documented in the clinical literature for more than forty years.
Research refers to continuous low level heat wraps as a category. HydroHeat wraps are a comfort product, not a medical device.

Type all day for work and my wrists were always gone by mid afternoon. Been using these about a month and thats mostly stopped. Not a cure for whatevers actually wrong but it helps a lot.
Does what it says. Second order.
Works well while its going. But its four hours, not eight like the back ones, so youre using two to cover a work day. Wish theyd do a longer version.
First one I wrapped too tight and it was uncomfortable all morning. Second attempt was much better. Just dont go mad on the tightness.
Long sessions used to leave my wrists sore. Doesnt happen now. Stays put even when Im moving about.
Great at the desk. Bit of a squeeze under a fitted shirt cuff though so I mostly wear it with a jumper. Minor thing really.
Honestly I was hoping for more. Its pleasant and it does warm the joint but my RSI is still my RSI. Fine for general stiffness I suppose.
My physio said try heat between sessions. These are far easier than faffing about with a wheat bag in the microwave at work. Been using them since.
Why it works
HydroHeat™ technology turns air moisture into therapeutic steam the moment the pouch opens. Steam heat reaches deeper than dry heat, gets to work faster and feels gentler on skin, holding a steady warmth for hours instead of minutes.
Complimentary tracked delivery on every order, no minimum.
Air-activated the moment you tear the pouch open. No cords, batteries or microwave needed.

FAQ
Yes. The wrap sits close to the wrist without restricting movement, so you can keep working while it warms.
No. It is a plain steam heat wrap, no fragrance and nothing medicated, just warmth.
Yes, it is thin enough to sit under a sleeve or wristband and stay discreet through the day.
It settles into a gentle, skin-friendly warmth and holds there for hours. Steady comfort rather than scalding heat, which is why it can be worn against skin through a full day.
Moist warmth passes heat into skin more efficiently than dry air, so it feels like it reaches further at the same gentle temperature. It also needs no cord, no socket and no reheating.
These are non-medicated steam wraps, but do not use them on broken skin or areas with reduced sensation. If you are pregnant, diabetic, have a circulatory condition or an implanted electrical device, speak to your doctor first.
